My corner of the internet.
This website is my office, the place where I show up to do my real work in public: thinking, learning, writing, and building ideas into something shareable. It’s not a corporate office, it’s a living one. Science sits on one side of the desk, life sits on the other, and both get treated like they matter, because they do.
✍️ About My Blog
On Yaplog, I blog on my own terms. It’s my main feed, my open notebook, and my favorite place to think out loud without turning everything into a perfectly packaged “finished piece.” I love expressing my feelings through writing, and Yaplog is where those thoughts get to exist in public while still belonging to me. Some posts are science, some are life, some are small moments that surprise me by becoming real paragraphs, but the common thread is simple: I get to publish them when I’m ready, in the voice that feels true, with no pressure to perform.
My science corner. This is where I write educational, research-flavored posts: clear explainers, lab logic, immunology rabbit holes, and those “wait, that actually makes sense now” moments I wish I had more of.
My in-between space. This is where I put creative essays, late-night thoughts, soft philosophy, and writing that doesn’t fit neatly into science or diary, but still belongs on my desk.
❤️ Dear Diary
My heart stuff. Life updates, moving cities, grief, small joys, and the honest human parts behind the work, written for the days when I need words more than answers.
👧 About Me
I have a suspicious number of “Hi, I’m Tsian” versions saved in my head. One for scientists, one for coworkers, one for strangers at parties, one for forms that demand I summarize my entire existence in a single line like I’m a product description. I can do the polished version. I can do the efficient version. I can do the version that sounds like my CV politely cleared its throat. But at the end of the day, the most important person I have to introduce myself to is myself. So……🙂 Hi, I’m just Tsian.
